In addition, these terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between MYLOCKER.SITE (owner of the slogans MyLocker.site) and the User who hires the service slogans MyLocker.site.
THE SERVICE

Completed the contract, the User will receive confirmation of the procurement, the number of setpoint or slogans reserved, and your security key to access your or your slogan/s.

How can the User cancel your booking?
Yes, provided that the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the starting date of the service that I booked.
ACCESS AND BOOKING
To be able to hire the rental of the lockers MYLOCKER.SITE, it is essential that the following requirements are met:
- Have completed or be over 16 years of age.
- Fill in the form with true and accurate to the specified fields in the form which consists in the BOOKING Section of the website (in particular, the following: name and surname, telephone, e-mail, booking date, days of hire, number of lockers that you want to rent (indicating the size), data necessary to complete the payment, according to the payment method).
- Accept the present general conditions of contract of service and the use of lockers.
- Accept the privacy policy of MYLOCKER.SITE, as owner of the slogans MYLOCKER.SITE.
Once you have completed the contracting process, the User will receive confirmation of your reservation by email or by text message. In the confirmation you will prompt the User for the number or numbers of the lockers assigned to them, the days reserved as well as the access codes to the setpoint/s.

The User guarantees that all the data on your identity, as well as on the reserve provided are true, accurate and complete.
The personal data provided will be used to manage the booking and give effect to the obligations of the parties of the left luggage service. MYLOCKER.SITE is entitled to treat the personal data in the recruitment process for the User to be required for the provision of the service. The User, by contract, expressly consent to the processing of their personal data in the terms herein.
On the other hand, MYLOCKER.SITE use the personal data of the Users of the slogans and, in particular, e-mail address to send you commercial communications by e-mail to you about services offered by MYLOCKER.This SITE and its commercial offerings. If you do not want to receive commercial communications from MYLOCKER.SITE by e-mail, the User should tick the appropriate box in the hiring process. If, on the contrary, agree to receive commercial communications by e-mail, MYLOCKER.SITE informs you that this consent can be revoked at any time.
On the other hand, the User is informed that in the local MYLOCKER.SITE there are video surveillance cameras. These cameras are intended to have a control on the state of the slogans at all times as well as on the use made by Users or third parties that have access to the premises on the slogans, with the aim of providing a better service by MYLOCKER.SITE In all the local MYLOCKER.SITE incorporating the relevant notices about the area videovigilada in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation regarding the protection of data.

MYLOCKER.The SITE does not make international data transfers to or adopt automated decisions about the information provided by the User.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER. LIMITS ON THE USE OF THE SLOGANS

- Not to insert in the slogans food, except in the case of packaged food that can’t spill, stain, lockers or produce odors of any kind in the local MYLOCKER.SITE.
- Not to provide your security key to any third party, to be fully liable for the breach of this obligation and its consequences.
- Not to use the slogans for the deposit of goods that need to be collected by a third party. The slogans should not be used as a means of traffic of goods between parties. It is a use that does not authorize MYLOCKER.SITE except exchange of keys and object destined for the check-in of guests.
- To access the local and stay in it for the sole purpose of access to the slogan rented, and only to carry out a performance spot in relation to the lumps inserted. The User will not be able to stay in the local more time than is strictly necessary.
- To not eat or drink inside the venue.
- To remove the lumps inserted in the or slogans rented, before 23:00 hours on the day of the completion of your rental.
- To stop the chants, to the end of the service, in the same condition in which it was found and, in particular, to notify MYLOCKER.SITE through contact@mylocker.site with any incidence that the User is in the use of the slogans or in your state.
- To not take pictures or videos inside of the local MYLOCKER.SITE and, in particular, and without limitation, to not take pictures or recordings of the security mechanisms of the premises.
- Not to include in the slogans money, jewelry, technology (tablets, computers, tvs, etc) or goods of special value, being their sole and exclusive liability, the decision of the user to use the lockers rented to save this type of goods to be of special value.
CONSEQUENCES AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER IN CASE OF BREACH OF ITS OBLIGATIONS
The User shall hold harmless MYLOCKER.SITE for the damages resulting from breach of its obligations under this contract.
Breach of the lease term
In particular, in the event that the User does not empty the/s setpoint/s rented/s on or before the date of expiration of the lease,MYLOCKER.SITE will be authorized to access the instructions to remove the packages stored, with the purpose of releasing them to allow the regular use of the same by the customers of MYLOCKER.SITE if this is the case, MYLOCKER.SITE temporarily stores the packages and will attempt to contact the User who has breached the term of the lease to manage the return of the items to the User (whose cost will be borne 100% by the User). After fifteen days without being able to contact the User or without the User having contacted with MYLOCKER.SITE and without having been able to get the lumps, it is understood that the goods have been abandoned by the User for all purposes. If this is the case, MYLOCKER.SITE will no longer keep them, giving the output that it deems appropriate or desirable, depending on the type of property abandoned.
For each day that passes, from the expiration of the lease without having been released, the setpoint/s per User, until delivery to the User or gathered by the User, shall accrue per day, an amount equivalent to the price of the slogan is not withdrawn. Additionally, you will accrue a penalty of€ 150 to be paid by the User to MYLOCKER.SITE, regardless of the right of MYLOCKER.SITE claim damages actually suffered.
Unless the User proceed personally to the collection of the items, MYLOCKER.SITE will manage the shipping of the packages to the User, subject to payment of the service to MYLOCKER.SITE by the User. In particular, if this is the case, the User must pay to MYLOCKER.SITE 25€ per package, in case the shipment is to be carried out within the national territory and 50€ per package, in case the shipment is to be performed outside of Spain. The delivery is understood to be produced from the time that MYLOCKER.SITE to deliver the packages to the carrier, not assuming MYLOCKER.SITE no risk for the transportation of bulks.
The refund will be issued once MYLOCKER.SITE has received the payment by the User of the amounts accrued for the delivery of the goods (according to the number of items and the destination) in accordance with the regulations contained in the preceding paragraph. If after 10 calendar days from MYLOCKER.SITE has been communicated in writing of the amount to be paid, has not been proceeded by the User to this payment, it is understood that the packages have been abandoned, to all effects, by User, by MYLOCKER.SITE in the terms specified above for the property abandoned.
Breach of the proper use of the slogans
MYLOCKER.The SITE reserves the right to remove any object that does not comply with the rules of use of the instructions and try for a forbidden object. If this is the case, MYLOCKER.SITE will be authorized to call the police and report the conduct, as well as to withdraw the prohibited items.
The User shall be responsible for the objects that you insert in the slogans
In any case, the withdrawal of the packages banned will result in a penalty of€ 150, penalty, which does not exclude the obligation of the User violator to indemnify MYLOCKER.SITE for the damages actually caused.
Damage caused in the slogans on the part of Users
The User shall be fully responsible for damage or deterioration that may cause in the instructions for their use or improper. If this is the case, the User shall compensate MYLOCKER.SITE by the physical damage caused in the/s setpoint/s as well as for loss of profits.
In particular, and without limitation, the User causes the damage, you must pay to MYLOCKER.SITE a penalty of the daily rental for the day that the password is disabled, as well as the cost of the repair or replacement, which is quantified in the case of substitution in the€ 1,000, the above regardless of the damages caused.
Payment of penalties
The penalties described in this section shall be paid by the User with the same means of payment as that used by the User to the sign up for the service or by bank transfer to the account specified by MYLOCKER.SITE should it be required by the User. The User expressly agrees that MYLOCKER.SITE proceed to the payment of the amounts set forth in this section using the card or means of payment the User to contract the service.
OBLIGATIONS OF MYLOCKER.SITE
MYLOCKER.SITE is obliged to maintain active service slogans and to make available to the User, during the contracted time, the slogan or slogans that the User has contracted in good state of use.
Also, MYLOCKER.SITE undertakes to solve any issue that may arise in the use of the orders as soon as possible.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY MYLOCKER.SITE
MYLOCKER.SITE offers you a service of rental space in slogans, not being responsible for the custody of the packages. The User is solely responsible for the goods included in the lockers rented.
RECLAMACIONES

From MYLOCKER.SITE we will try to resolve the incident and find a satisfactory solution for the parties.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. The parties submit to the Spanish jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
